What did you decide to do to make yourself un-boring (from Day 22)? Have you figured out ways to change your state yet (Day 23)? What did you decide to do for a secret “esteem-able act” or some way to get physical movement incorporated into your life? It is VERY important to do your assignments… not just listen to the video or read the blurb for the day. Actions become habits, habits become character, and character becomes destiny.
