So many people have trouble getting their sleep back to normal once they’ve quit the alcohol, that I thought I should address this.

In today’s video, will go over some nutritional tips that could help you, supplements to try, a weird technique I developed for myself (always works for me!) plus an app I know of that features technology that has scientific studies behind it saying it works for sleep, AMSR youTube video suggestions – you name it.

Let’s get your sleep back to normal again, or as close-to-normal, as soon as possible – so you don’t turn into a sober shrew!!
